Daily rates include:
+ Transportation from International Airport to
hunting camp and return
+ Full time service of a licensed and
experienced Professional Hunter
+ Driver, tracker and skinner
+ Service of all camp staff
+ Accommodation, all meals, soft drinks and
alcoholic beverages
+
Laundry services
+ Skinning and field preparation of trophies
+ Government hunting licenses and permit fees
+ Includes 15% VAT (Value added tax)
Daily rates exclude:
+ Accommodation prior to and after safari
+ Airfare to country of safari
+ Trophy fees on animals wounded and lost
+ Taxidermy work and shipping of trophies to
final destination
+ Rifle hire and ammunition at $50 per day (308/30-06) and $75 per day (375/458)
+ CITES fees
+ Additional trips
+ Medical expenses (please have own medical insurance)
+ 3% Service fee that will be added to an VISA & Mastercard payments
Deposits:
We require a $1000 deposit to confirm your booking. There shall be no refund on any deposits paid if a hunt is cancelled within six (6) months of the date of commencement of the safari. In the event of a hunt being cancelled between 6 and 12 months of the date of the safari, your full deposit can be used to reschedule another hunt at the new prices for the year the new booking has been scheduled for. If a hunt is cancelled more than 12 months before the date of the safari the full deposit minus 10 percent for administration fees, will be paid back to the client.
De Wet African Safaris cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, illness, injury or death that may occur during or on safari.
Costs:
When
you calculate costs according to our price list, you can rest assured that
there will be NO hidden cost. What you see is what you will pay. Please keep in
mind that daily rates are charged per night spent in camp.
Donations:
+ No exchange of animals will be possible
+ No refund on donated animals not taken
