In All Cases, A Deposit Must Be Paid To De Wet African Safaris To Confirm Your Booking And The Balance Paid One Month Prior To Your Safari.

+   In order to complete your required deposit contact our office at info@dewetafricansafaris.com

+   Deposits can be paid via wire transfer or via Payment Link. If you choose to pay via wire transfer the transfer cost is for the clients’ bill. By using Payment Link, De Wet African Safaris will send you an invoice with the amount needed to pay for the deposit plus an extra 3% for transaction fees will be added.
+   A receipt of payment and confirmation of safari dates will be confirmed via e-mail.

+   In the case where the client hunted extra animals or went for extra side trips, payment has to be made at the conclusion of your safari by use of credit card, wire transfer or in cash. (24 hours before departure)

+   Your account has to be paid in full after your hunt and prior to departure from De Wet African Safaris premises.

+   Please note there is a 3% service fee that will be added to any Visa or Master Card payments. 

+   Remember to make prior arrangements with your credit card company/bank regarding payments to De Wet Frican Safaris. This should be done before your safari.
